Our sites average $400 per month. That includes water and septic.

We do not charge extra for our GVTC Super High Speed Internet service with password protected WiFi coverage in the entire park.

 

All sites have newly installed metered pedestals with 50/30 amp hookups as well as engineered septic and water hookups with state of the art design and installation.  

 

All of our sites are unique in size and shape since we placed a premium on saving every tree possible on this beautiful wooded property which has over 350 oaks throughout the park. Accordingly, some of our sites are unable to accommodate extra large vehicles.
